Frederic Fasano was born in Denmark in 1969 and raised in Copenhagen and Noto, Sicily. He moved to Milan at the age of 19 and started working as a photographer's assistant. Frederic opened his own studio in 1993 and worked for many clients including Peugeot, Husky, and Bassetti. In 1995, he completed studies at Scuola del Cinema di Milano and in 1997, opened a production company. In 1999 he shot Asia Argento's first feature, Scarlet Diva. Since 2000 he has shot numerous features, television series, shorts, and music videos in Italy, across Europe, and in the U.S. Frederic is represented by The Gersh Agency in New York City.
